Instructions for message format:
Case 1: Support about serious encountered game errors:
Title: "Case 1: Game error"
Content: Describe the issue you're experiencing, that stops you from opening or playing the game.
Case 2: Support about encountered problems or major errors with game related programs (for example level editor):
Title: "Case 2: Software error"
Content: Describe the issues and errors you're encountering in the program/game, and what they stop you from doing. If possible, send screenshots.
Case 3: Reporting a game/game related programs bugs and error:
Title: "Case 3: Game bugs"
Content: Describe the issues or bugs you had encountered, and if possible, provide screenshots and steps to reproduce them.
Case 4: Support about unclear instructions in a game:
Title: "Case 4: Game support"
Content: Describe what you need help with and/or what you're confused about.
Case 5: Collaboration proposition (colaboration in creating some content):
Title: "Case 5: Collaboration proposition"
Content: Describe what you are interested in collaborating on.
Case 6: Copyright content use (like using the game logo or original characters):
Title: "Case 6: Copyright use"
Content: Describe the reason for using the copyrighted content and how you intend to use it.
Case 7: Mod uncertainties (If you are not sure if your mod will violate the rules):
Title: "Case 7: Mod uncertainties"
Content: Describe what are your concerns about the mod you are creating. We will reply with information if that mod violates any rules and/or is allowed.
Case 8: Copyright issues (If you believe we have infringed on your copyright):
Title: "Case 8: Copyright issues"
Content: Describe what you believe is a copyright infringement, and tell us what your proposed solution is.
Case 9: Business proposition (for example, if you are intrested in purchasing keys to our games):
Title: "Case 9: Business proposition"
Content: Describe what you are interested in purchasing or collaborating on.
Example message:
Title: "Case 1: Game Error"
Content: I'm experiencing a crash when trying to launch the Black Powder Box. It opens for several seconds and then crashes........ (the rest of the message)
Cases 8 and 9 will be prioritized
We would highly appreciate following these guidelines.
If you send a message with the wrong/inaccording or inappropriate content, you will be informed about the mistake, and after sending such message a third time all messages from you will be ignored.
Keep in mind that these rules may change over time, so check back on them when if you are sending a new message!
